So it appears to me that Starbucks employees are becoming resistant to said coffee-crack as California baristas have brought a lawsuit against the company for tip-share fraud. Apparently the barista association (who knew one of those even existed) has girded up their legal loins and broached the oh so pertinent question of: who deserves tip share? Monetary losses in the twenties of dollars are at stake for each individual barista being represented in this ground breaking case.
Say slowly with me: ooooovery litigious society...
My advice to Howard Schultz: up the coffee-crack or risk the demise of your sunshiny, dental veneered coffee empire.
